History of Snikla enterprises

 

Established in 1990 by a husband and wife team of Gaston and Andrea Alkins, the company was founded on principles that have ensured their continued success. Snikla, name derived from the reversal of Alkins, has not lost its focus over the years. The company's foundation is on an unwaivering commitment to innovation and a dedication to quality service, having allowed the development of dynamic customer relationships and continued expansion.

 

From its beginnings of solely reloading used dot matrix printer ribbon cartridges with new fabric; Snikla has evolved into an all inclusive establishment offering an array of services ranging from the repair of printers to the wholesaling and retailing of many computer and printer related products.

 

This transition has seen a slogan change for the company from "The Imaging Specialists" to The Business Solutions Provider, a title more suiting to the newer all encompassing market position.

 

Snikla today now boasts a retail establishment stocking a variety of computer related goods such as Dot matrix, point of sale and cash register ribbons, recordable and rewriteable CDs and DVDs, diskettes, printer cables, switches, specialty paper and accessories. The company has expanded their supportive service to include the servicing of Printers, Computers and office machine repairs.

 

Within recent years Snikla has further diversified into the shredder industry. The company now stocks a line of personal and heavy-duty shredders (on order) and also services all models, even those of other bands. Additionally, the company offers affordable long and short-term rental of heavy-duty shredders.
